refund policy

 1. Any customer that cancels 30 days or more prior to any event will receive 100% full refund 

2. Any customer that cancels less than 14-29 days prior to any event will receive 50 % refund.

3. Any customer that cancels 8-13 days prior to any event will receive credit towards a future tournament which must be used in 60 days or less or the credit will not be redeemed.

4. Any customer that cancels 5-7 days prior will lose their payment in full and will not be awarded credit towards a future tournament.

5. Any team that forfeits a game may be charged an $100 inconvenience fee. Also, subject to a one year band from future events hosted by Westcoast Takeover and or collaborations events.
